Working on your Worksheet without using the mouse

For power users or those users with a wide experience with working on Excel must have tried even once on working with their worksheet by just using the shortcuts.

The reasons may vary, for some they may be trying to see if using the shortcuts will make their work easier and there are those who just want to have fun and see how far and fast they can go with the shortcuts.

The first step, as all power users know, is to press ALT.

This will show letters and numbers beside or under the functions available in the Excel.

The first set of letters shown on the image above are the shortcuts for each ribbon.and the numbers are for Customize Quick Access Toolbar.

After selecting the ribbon that you need another set of letters will be shown for each function inside the ribbon.

In case that the function requires a wizard that will pop up the letter in each command name will have an underline that indicates pressing that letter will initiate the command.
