Excel 2010 Keyboard Shortcuts (Ctrl combination shortcut keys)

Excel 2010 Keyboard Shortcuts (Ctrl combination shortcut keys)

Knowledge and familiarity with shortcuts will make a big difference in terms of length of time a person will work on his worksheet. The most common and basic tasks that are most often being performed to manipulate and arrange large amount of data required by the user to achieve his required report or output will be a great reduction of time.

Simple tasks such as “Copy”, “Paste” and switching between worksheet tabs can be done with shortcuts rather than use the mouse which will take up to 3 clicks to perform.

Most likely most of these shortcuts if not all are well being used by professional users of Excel. Especially those users who handles large amount of data that needs to be organized and manipulated to have their desired output or report. The main objective of these shortcuts is to perform tasks without using the mouse. The tasks can be done in much shorter time especially in times where basic tasks need to be repeated for many times to manipulate the data.

Here are documents from Microsoft that will greatly help beginners or other users who would like to explore more on ways to improve how they work with their spreadsheets.
